S&P were open to discussion during the tender stage allowing us to both work through the scope of works ensuring both parties were happy with contract works.
Onsite Shoreload & Propping have not missed a programmed date for shoreloading erection. The attentiveness, Professionalism and communication with onsite staff has been top notch. If there were any issues they were quickly resolved with a phone call.

Leighs Construction have worked with Shoreload and Propping Limited (SLP) since August 2016. During that time they have been involved with the majority of Leighs projects in Auckland including Hinemoa Street Apartments, Smales Farm Beehive Building, Skhy Apartments, Middlemore Hospital, Rawiri Place Warehouse, Les Mills Carpark and the Fisher and Paykel Manufacturing and Distribution centre in East Tamaki.
SLP consistently delivers us quality outcomes based on high standards of operational performance, delivering well designed, practical and safe solutions and outcomes. Their proactive and professional approach to meeting the needs of their clients has allowed us to engage freely and openly to achieve the optimal outcomes for our project.

From the outside this looks like a straight forward project, but the internal complexity called for tailored propping deployments especially around the unique internal stair configuration.
Good communication and planning with the Leighs team meant that we could deploy the right solution first time every time.

COMMENTS:
The Cribtex team were a joy to work with and we had real fun on this project. The programme and methodology were challenging but with a team approach, great communication and real commitment by all, the project delivered a great result.
Our shoreload solution included supply and installation of formwork and soffit plywood for the insitu beam structure along with a working platform with full edge protection and access throughout.

COMMENTS:
The majority of the project was standard shoreload tower deployment for a significant volume of sizable precast beams, but the complexity came when we needed to support the precast beams and the insitu stitch sections at over 9m of height.
Our experience in dealing with this type of challenge meant that we could confidently deploy this solution safely and effectively.
